Evangelist Jessie M. Triplett received the Holy Ghost in 1961 in the little basement of the home of her pastor at the time, Elder Willie G. Baylor Sr., and has worked in many capacities within the Kingdom of God, but none have been as rewarding as birthing souls into the Body of Christ.

She is known both locally and abroad for her bold teaching, preaching, singing, and for teaching on the principles of birthing souls into the Kingdom, preparation for altar workers, deliverance, and ministering in the new millennium and beyond. She has traveled throughout the country ministering the gospel, where souls have been delivered, healed, and set free from sin.

A lifelong member of Faith Miracle Temple, she served faithfully under the late Elder Willie G. Baylor. During this time, she witnessed many souls being healed and delivered from demonic possession both in the church and in tent revivals. By the grace and power of God, she has interceded for and tarried with many to snatch their souls from the clutches of Satan, the adversary.

Currently, Evangelist Triplett is serving under the tutelage of her Senior Pastor, Apostle Larry J. Baylor, and her Pastor, Dr. Marlon T. Baylor, of Faith Miracle Temple Church in St. Louis, Missouri. Evangelist Triplett serves as a shepherd, and until recently, she was the Director of Noonday Intercessory Prayer, which she started many years ago. She continues to birth souls into the Body of Christ and serves as the Director of Altar Workers and the Deliverance Ministry.

 

In addition to her spiritual children, she is the proud mother of two, grandmother of four, and great-grandmother to a host of great-grandchildren. Her passion and purpose in life are to see souls brought out of the kingdom of darkness, transformed, and birthed into the Kingdom of Light.

One of her favorite scriptures, Habakkuk 2:2–4, can be summed up simply by the words:

“The just shall live by faith.”
